Hi all, I am launching this space to share lessons learned and success stories collected throughout the years I have been working in management consulting at a few former Big-6 firms since the 1990s.
But instead of making it sound boring or somewhat cringe, I like to package my content in rather fun and unusual formats, such as videos, presentations and audiofiles.
I believe that sharing firsthand expertise and knowledge can be helpful to a wide variety of people and professionals, especially younger crowds [ and their own SMBs (small and medium businesses)] that can benefit from coaching and mentoring to improve their operational strategies and accelerate their growth by avoiding wheel-reinvention traps and gaining speed, while coming up with innovative approaches to problem solving.
I hope you find this space useful and feel like contributing with your own ideas, suggestions and feedback.
Please find a story-telling video about a theme I consider very important for employee engagement, retention and recognition in organizational environments or workplaces of any kind. Mind the fact that I do not see it as a sole and specific HR (Human Resources) subsystem responsibility, even though it is generally perceived by most people as such.
